At Newgate World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new clock or timepiece isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original decorative packaging and then inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label and send the package via a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
